Lovely little spot! Great location with shops and restaurants just steps away. The renovated bathroom was fresh and chirpy, no bugs in sight!
But the walls must be made of paper-you can hear next door's midnight opera!

They have an attention .in the mini bar they leave a can of beer and a. boat;;a of water that is replenished daily,
They were fixing the street in front of the entrance 100 M. broken and. splints that is to say we arrived at twelve o'clock at night, in taxi there was. only a serene one, taxi left us in the corner rain and garuaba snow,. we came with two suitcases of 23 kg. two 12 kg carts. We crossed the street until the edge of a roof and we had to go taking the suitcases. another one to stay to take care, they were fixing the side of the sidewalk and sidewalk. it was narrower the hotel does not have at any moment who helps you, for. to leave worse we hired a taxi in the hotel they have a poster on the. counter that says taxi e 18 two days before we reserved it we were charged n. e 36 comicion e 16 and taxi e 20 to pay in the airport had to arrive. 10. 30 am we were on the street waiting for him because we didn't know if he would stop. half a block from the hotel or on the other corner 10. 45 am we asked the counselor if he knew about the taxi, he found out at the company. they told him that he came to look for a traffic with other passengers and as he could not park, he went, he gave us the 16 of the commission and told us that he did not have another one.

The location is perfect with easy access to attractions like the Eiffel Tower. The walls are thin, making it noisy.

I appreciated its excellent and unbeatable location!
The hotel was low cost, spent my time lovely here. I booked decent size and cheap room with safe, window or aerator, as example. Location: the property was very close to the train station, restaurants and shops, Moulin Rouge and the Metro, major train station and buses. Local fast food option A Croquer was 5 minutes walk away.

Nothing, we left after only one night.
We arrived early evening and the reception by the staff member on duty was unwelcoming and offhand. The lift up to the room was tiny and did not accomodate two people comfortably let alone their luggage. The room was small airless and the bathroom worse - it was impossible to use the shower without constantly banging into the walls. Also there were no English speaking TV chanels available.

The lady at the reception is extremely nice and helpful and speaks very good English, both items being really rare in Paris! The rooms are not air conditioned, so in full summer you might want to take louder but cooler low floors (avoid the 1st if you can as you have early morning noise while the breakfast room is being set up). Good value for the money.
The rooms are small but OK if you dont have 8 pieces of luggage with you.

Travelled as family of 4 adults. Loved this place. Very clean well-maintained rooms. Location was fantastic. Close to the Metro, major train station and buses. Easy walk to Galleries LaFayette. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Could hear the shower from next door but it didn't worry us at all.

Excellent service combined with good location! Room was clean and neat even if not the latest fashion. Bed and pillows were good. Breakfast worth the money.

Very good location, short distance to walk to shopping area, Louvre and close to buses and metros.
Breakfast could benefit of being somewhat better. But satisfactory, but some ham and eggs could be nice. But this is France.

clean rooms, cozy and minimalistic interior, bright new fixtures in the washrooms
Incredibly tiny rooms!!! A complete lack of air conditioning means you're stuck with noise from the busy area outside. The bathroom is comically small and uncomfortable to use. Please consider better noise insulation for the doors!!!

In hotel very affable personnel, especially girls ;-) I met more comfort. It is convenient that absolutely nearby there is station St. Lazar. It is good, if you are going to travel not only across Paris. The metro station too is located absolutely nearby.
Has unpleasantly been surprised by bad quality of a breakfast. It is much worse than in other hotels of a similar category. It was a little noisy under windows - they left on the main street and noise of cars often disturbed. In the evening, for the areas at hotel gather many homeless, among them a lot of drunk, they rustle, and create to this place bad reputation.
